Cancellation Policy

Early Bird Party bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance and require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your event. All participants must have a signed waiver on file to enter. Unaccompanied minors are only permitted with a completed waiver and consent from the individual who booked the party. Cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge of 25% of the total booking price.
