Terms & Conditions

Welcome to RiverTown Family Fun Zone ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our facilities, services, website, and any related activities. By visiting, participating, or registering for any services or memberships, you agree to these terms.

1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By entering our facility or participating in any activity, all guests acknowledge and accept that:

  • Participation in recreational activities involves inherent risks, including risk of injury.

  • RiverTown Family Fun Zone is not liable for injuries sustained due to misuse of equipment, failure to follow safety instructions, or unsupervised minors.

  • Guests and their legal guardians voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to hold harmless RiverTown Family Fun Zone, its employees, and affiliates.

A signed waiver may be required for certain attractions or rentals.

2. Supervision of Minors

  • Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times unless otherwise allowed during specific drop-off programs or events.

  • Parents/guardians are solely responsible for the behavior and safety of their children.

3. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe, family-friendly environment, all guests are expected to:

  • Treat others with respect and courtesy

  • Refrain from using foul language, aggressive behavior, or destruction of property

  • Follow all posted rules and staff instructions

We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke access without refund to any individual who violates this Code of Conduct.

4. Membership & Admission Policies

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared between households.

  • All sales (including passes, memberships, and tickets) are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Sibling add-ons allow for additional children to be included under one membership, up to the stated limit.

  • Management reserves the right to change operating hours, scheduled events, or pricing without prior notice.

5. Closures, Refunds & Weather Policy

  • In the event of inclement weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may close all or part of the facility for safety.

  • Refunds or rescheduling options will be provided at management’s discretion for any canceled events or missed bookings.

  • Refunds are not issued for unused memberships, general admission, or missed visits.

6. Personal Belongings

  • RiverTown Family Fun Zone is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

  • We encourage you to use lockers or leave valuables at home.

7. Media Release

By entering our facility, you consent to the possibility of being photographed or recorded for promotional or marketing purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify a staff member upon arrival.

8. Facility Rules & Safety

  • Socks are required in all bounce and indoor play areas.

  • No outside food or beverages are allowed unless authorized (e.g., party rentals).

  • Safety equipment must be used as directed.

  • Staff has the right to limit or remove access to any attraction for safety reasons.

9. Website and Digital Use

By using our website or submitting personal information online, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to the use of your data in accordance with applicable laws. Online purchases are subject to the same terms as in-person transactions.

10. Right to Modify

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
